Vision?
Through our existing global network of community relationships and collaborative work, we have a unique ear to the ground. We have almost two decades of learning how to notice when something new (and important) is emerging. We know how to mobilize so that trust, momentum, and interconnection are present from the start and only continue to grow in authentic ways.
There is unparalleled, untapped potential in being able to recognize and support visions emerging from within community, rather than being imposed or imported from outside.
We provide our supported Visions with backbone infrastructure that helps visionaries focus on their core work rather than organizational mechanics. This is fit to their needs and includes everything from fiscal sponsorship to communications support to strategy development to platform access.
Visionary potential is unlocked when it can be organized into a plan without losing its core purpose or focus.
Over the years, we have come up with "markers of meaning" that show us when a Vision has both immediate value for direct community impact and the ability to change broader collective systems at the same time. We invest in these specifically because they are the kind of fractal change that our world needs right now.
These markers are how we decide on, deepen, and document the impact of Visions.
As a Vision begins to grow on a new wider scale, we build connections to aligned resources—both through our Legacy contributors and through the visionaries' own expanding networks. We equip them with the tools and connections to tell their story authentically so that the right resources are available in right relationships and timing.
When Visions complete this conduit of support, there is no end to the continuing ripple effect of impact they can create on the personal, community and collective levels.
